Overview

Chorus is a conversation intelligence platform that records, transcribes, and analyzes customer calls across the team. By integrating Chorus with Outdoo AI, you can take selected recordings and turn them into AI roleplays, giving your team a way to practice the exact objections and conversations already captured in Chorus.

This integration lets you create AI roleplays from real calls, build custom roleplay agents based on specific buyer personas, and use coaching insights from each attempt to sharpen rep performance. Chorus continues to handle analytics while Outdoo focuses on practice, coaching, and skill improvement.

How to integrate ZoomInfo Chorus with Outdoo

‍

1. Open Outdoo → Settings → Integrations → Conversation Intelligence → Chorus
2. Generate a Chorus API Key (Chorus admin required):
   • Go to Settings → API Access
   • Click Create API Key
3. Add the key in Outdoo, Save, then Test
4. Import recordings: Conversation → Calls → Import from Chorus
5. Create a roleplay: Open an imported call → Create Roleplay → configure scenario, persona, goals, scoring → Publish
