ZoomInfo Chorus captures and organizes sales conversations to help GTM teams learn from customer calls. The Outdoo - Chorus integration turns those calls into practice with AI Sales Roleplays: import selected recordings into Outdoo and build realistic roleplay bots for targeted coaching at scale.

• Build Roleplay bots from real calls: Import Gong recordings and transform them into interactive practice scenarios.

• Coach faster: Build custom roleplay bots from selected recordings - set custom scenarios, buyer personas, and goals for targeted practice.

• Measure outcomes: Track attempts, scores, and feedback inside Outdoo.

How to integrate ZoomInfo Chorus with Outdoo

1. Open Outdoo → Settings → Integrations → Conversation Intelligence → Chorus
2. Generate a Chorus API Key (Chorus admin required):
   • Go to Settings → API Access
   • Click Create API Key
3. Add the key in Outdoo, Save, then Test
4. Import recordings: Conversation → Calls → Import from Chorus
5. Create a roleplay: Open an imported call → Create Roleplay → configure scenario, persona, goals, scoring → Publish
