Sachin Sinha
Co-founder and CRO at Outdoo AI
A graduate of the University of Wales, Sachin brings over a decade of experience in Enterprise Sales, having built and led sales teams at companies like Whatfix and Utopia. For Sachin, growth is more than a numbers game; it's about understanding what sales, support, and success teams actually need to show up well for customers, then building the coaching around that. His customer-centric approach drives how Outdoo designs training for the full customer-facing org, not sales alone.
Snehal Nimje
Co-founder and CEO, Outdoo AI
An IIT Bombay alumnus, Snehal started his first company while still in college, which was acquired in 2012, then spent years helping scale a consumer tech startup to over 3 million users. For Snehal, training is more than a completion metric; it's about proving that practice actually changes what happens with customers, whether that's a sales call, a support ticket, or a manager coaching their team. His product vision drives Outdoo AI's mission to close the loop between training and real customer-facing performance.
Paras Jain
Co-founder and CCO at Outdoo AI
An IIT Bombay alumnus, Paras spent years as a Management Strategy Consultant at Zinnov, advising global companies like Microsoft and Intuit on market entry and growth strategy. For Paras, customer success is more than a support function; it's about building solutions that align closely with how each team, whether sales, support, or CS, actually works with customers day to day. His focus on client alignment drives Outdoo's product to reflect real playbooks and workflows instead of generic templates.
Piyush Goyal
Founding Member & Head of Engineering at Outdoo AI
A Computer Science graduate from VIT and multi-time hackathon champion, Piyush previously led backend and DevOps projects at companies like Cisco and CloudSEK. For Piyush, engineering is more than shipping features; it's about building AI that can genuinely understand a conversation, an interest that traces back to a 2017 hackathon project on sales churn prediction. His builder's mindset drives the engineering behind Outdoo's roleplay simulations and AI scoring.
