How to Integrate HubSpot with Outdoo (formerly MeetRecord)

  1. Go to the Integrations page in your Outdoo Settings.

  3. A new page will open to authorize HubSpot. If you have multiple accounts, select the appropriate account and proceed.
  4. Click 'Connect App' to complete the integration.
  5. You’ll be redirected to the Outdoo Integrations page, where HubSpot will now appear as "Connected."

Note: Ensure that the lead's contact details are present in HubSpot before the meeting. If Outdoo cannot find a matching email for participants in HubSpot, meeting-to-deal mapping will not occur.
