Overview

Gong is a leading conversation intelligence platform used to record and analyze customer calls. The Outdoo - Gong integration focuses on sales coaching with AI Sales Roleplays: you can import selected Gong recordings into Outdoo and convert them into realistic, scenario-based roleplay bots for coaching and certification. Outdoo does not duplicate Gong’s analytics; instead, it helps you turn real calls into repeatable practice.

How to integrate Gong with Outdoo

1. Open Outdoo → Settings → Integrations → Conversation Intelligence → Gong
2. Generate a Gong API Key (Gong admin required):
   • Go to Admin Center → Ecosystem → API
   • Click Get API Key to receive access key and access key secret
3. Add credentials in Outdoo and Save, then Test
4. Import recordings: Conversation → Calls → Import from Gong
5. Create a roleplay: Open an imported call → Create Roleplay → set scenario, persona, goals, scoring → Publish
