AE - Sales Account Executive (For US Market)

is helping sales teams win more by turning customer conversations into actionable insights. Our AI-powered Revenue Intelligence platform helps sales leaders coach smarter, close faster, and scale their teams with consistency.
We’re growing very fast, backed by leading investors, and we’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join us in crafting the future of AI-powered sales coaching and deal intelligence.
This is a WFO role. We are based in Prestige Tech Park, Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru.
The right candidate will:
- Deliver quality and tailored demonstration of Outdoo capabilities to prospects based on the prospects' needs and priorities and be responsible for closing deals
- Strive to continuously improve the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
- Supplement the pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches.
Top characteristics and traits for a successful AE:
- 2-5 years experience as a successful quota-carrying account executive.
- MUST HAVE experience in selling to US customers (work in US business hours)
- Experience selling to sales or revenue teams is a big plus
- Strong discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable owning deals end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
- Bonus points if you’ve used Gong, Chorus, Clari, or Salesloft
- Curiosity, hustle, and the ability to thrive with autonomy
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding quota specifically in the US market
- Strong communication skills via phone, LinkedIn and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo or other sales tools
- Prior experience as an account executive with a track record of achieving sales quota
