The Role
We’re looking for a young, creative, and detail-obsessed Content/Brand designer who lives and breathes visual storytelling. If you love building brand systems, designing icons and collaterals, and bringing bold creative ideas to life — this one’s for you.

This role is remote-first, but candidates based in Bangalore are preferred as we plan to work from the office occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain brand and sales collaterals (digital & print)
• Create and refine icons, illustrations, and visual assets
• Support the development of a cohesive brand system and style guide
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency
• Assist in campaign design and other creative brand initiatives
• Bring ideas to life with motion design (a big plus!)
• Ensure every piece of design reflects Outdoo’s brand pillars: Bold Creativity, Good Times, Radical Inclusivity

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in brand design, visual communication, or graphic design
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or Communications preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing collaterals, icons, illustrations, and visual systems
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Experience designing across digital and print platforms
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while delivering high-quality, on-brand visuals
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and a knack for visual storytelling
