  1. You must be an Admin in Close CRM to create an API key. Go to Settings > Connect > Developer.
  2. Create a New API Key, name it "Outdoo" and copy the key. This API key will not be displayed again, so ensure you don't lose it.
  3. You must be an Admin in Outdoo to integrate Close CRM. Copy and paste the API key into Outdoo > Integrations.
  4. The icon will change from "Connect" to "Connected" — and that's it!

Note: Ensure that the lead's contact details are present in Close CRM before the meeting. If Outdoo cannot find a matching email for participants in Close CRM, meeting-to-deal mapping will not occur.
