How to Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Outdoo

  1. Go to the Integrations page in your Outdoo Settings.
  2. Click on the 'Connect' button.
  3. You will be asked to enter the URL of your  Dynamics 365 instance
  4. A new page will open to authorize the intgeration. Log in to your CRM account with the credentials
  5. That’s it! You’ll be redirected to the Outdoo Integrations page, where Dynamics 365 CRM will now appear as "Connected."

Note: Ensure that the lead's contact details are present in Dynamics 365 CRM before the meeting. If Outdoo cannot find a matching email for participants in Dynamics 365 CRM, meeting-to-deal mapping will not occur.
