Integration Details


The integration between Outdoo AI and Salesforce is facilitated through a managed package app, allowing for both read and write access to Salesforce. This enables two key functionalities:

  1. Create Conversation Records: Automatically generate Outdoo conversation records in Salesforce, linked to relevant accounts, opportunities, contacts, and leads.
  2. Autofill Custom Fields: Use the AI Docs feature to autofill custom fields in your CRM, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.

How to Integrate Salesforce with Outdoo

Step 1:
Go to the Integrations page in your Outdoo Settings.

Step 2:

Look for the Salesforce CRM intgeration and click to proceed

Step 3:

Click on the 'Connect' button under the Salesforce icon.

Step 4:
A new page will open to authorize Salesforce. If you have multiple Salesforce accounts, select the appropriate account and proceed.

Step 5:
Click 'Connect App' to complete the integration.

Step 6:
You’ll be redirected to the Outdoo (formerly MeetRecord) Integrations page, where Salesforce will now appear as "Connected."

Native Salesforce App Integration (New)

In addition to the CRM integration, we’ve also developed a native Salesforce app. With this app, all your Outdoo conversations and revenue insights are available directly within your Salesforce instance. You can find more information here.
