TL;DR
  • A corporate LMS, not a coaching tool: LearnRush is a corporate LMS from Skillzcafe, built for course authoring, compliance tracking, and multi-tenant training portals, not for sales roleplay or conversation coaching.
  • Solid pick for course delivery: if your actual need is a course catalog with certifications, SCORM/xAPI support, and social learning feeds, it's a reasonable, India/MENA-oriented option to evaluate.
  • No real roleplay or call scoring: if you came here looking for AI roleplay, call scoring, or anything that simulates a real sales conversation, it isn't that product, and nothing on its site claims otherwise once you look past the "AI" label on the pricing page.
  • Honest verdict: LearnRush is a legitimate LMS with no independent reviews to back up its "world's #1" marketing line, and it has zero roleplay or coaching capability of any kind.

What Is LearnRush?

LearnRush (learnrush.ai) is a branded enterprise LMS product owned by Skillzcafe, an ed-tech company headquartered in Gurgaon, India.

The company markets it as "the world's #1 Enterprise LMS," with a course library of 500+ titles, drag-and-drop course authoring, gamification, compliance reporting, and multi-tenant portals for training employees, customers, partners, or members separately.

It ships the integrations you'd expect from an enterprise LMS: SSO, an API, HR/CRM connectors, and SCORM/xAPI export.

Social and collaborative features borrow familiar patterns, a LinkedIn-style activity feed and Slack-style channels, layered on top of standard training delivery (on-demand, instructor-led, blended, mobile).

There is no roleplay, conversation simulation, voice AI agent, or call scoring feature anywhere on the official site, the features page, or its Google Play mobile app.

The one exception: LearnRush's Content Services team will build a scripted, branching e-learning module, sales scenarios included, as a paid add-on. It's the only place the word "simulation" shows up on learnrush.ai.

That's still a fixed script LearnRush's team authors to spec, not a live AI conversation. It doesn't adapt to what a rep actually says, and nothing grades tone, objection-handling, or playbook adherence the way a scored roleplay does.

The "AI" LearnRush advertises is Adaptive Learning Paths, Automated Recommendations, and Predictive Analytics that flags at-risk learners, all content-sequencing and personalization, not conversational AI.

Assessments and quizzes are the only evaluation mechanism, and they're standard static quizzes, not scored practice conversations.

Parent company Skillzcafe's own LinkedIn presence claims a much bigger footprint than the product site shows: "20,000+ courses," "60+ countries," Fortune 500 clients.

The actual LearnRush site displays 500+ courses and a logo strip of small and mid-size B2B names with no recognizable enterprise customers.

That's either a parent-company-versus-product-line distinction or a marketing gap, and either way it's worth noting before you take the "#1" claim at face value.

LearnRush Pricing

LearnRush does not publish pricing anywhere.

There's no dollar figure on the pricing page, and there's no G2 or Capterra listing to pull a real number from, because no listing exists. Every path on the site ends at "Book a Demo."

The live pricing page (a client-side Next.js app, so it only renders in a browser, not via a basic fetch) shows two named tiers:

TierTypical seat rangeWhat's included
BasicUp to ~150 usersSCORM/xAPI, custom branding, live learning, gamification, eCommerce, webinar integrations, SSO
Pro~150 to 500 users500+ course library, dedicated server, dedicated relationship manager

Both tiers bundle white-glove onboarding and a dedicated consultant with 24/7 support, and Pro adds a dedicated relationship manager on top, which is a real perk if you want a fully managed rollout.

One inconsistency worth flagging: the pricing page also references "Essential features" in a spot that doesn't match either tier's stated name, which reads like a copy error rather than an undisclosed third tier.

Small detail, but it's the kind of thing that signals a less-polished product organization behind the marketing.

Because no independent reviewer has published an actual price, and LearnRush's own site gives you nothing beyond a demo request, you can't budget against this tool without a sales call first.

LearnRush Features

AreaWhat it does
Course authoringDrag-and-drop builder, quizzes and assessments, multimedia support, content import
"AI" featuresAdaptive Learning Paths (content sequencing), Automated Recommendations, Predictive Analytics for at-risk learners
Training deliveryOn-demand, instructor-led, blended, and mobile formats
Social/engagementLinkedIn-style feeds, Slack-style channels, gamification, forums, surveys
PortalsCustomizable, multi-tenant portals for employee, customer, partner, and member training
ReportingCompliance tracking and standard reporting
IntegrationsAPI, SSO, HR/CRM connectors, SCORM/xAPI, content libraries

Every feature in that table is a course-delivery or content-management capability. None of it touches conversation practice.

There's no roleplay, no live or practice call scoring, no scorecards, no multi-persona simulation, and no video-avatar roleplay anywhere on the site or in the mobile app.

If you're comparing LearnRush against a sales-coaching tool, you're comparing two different product categories, not two options for the same job.

What Users Say

We checked G2, Capterra, and Product Hunt directly. LearnRush has no listing on any of the three, and no independent review data exists to quote.

For a product marketing itself as the "world's #1 Enterprise LMS," that's a meaningful gap. Most tools at any real scale have at least a handful of third-party reviews, and this one has none.

G2 search for "learnrush" returning no matching product, only unrelated LMS tools like FreshLearn and LearnDash

Screenshot: G2 search for "learnrush," no matching product found, captured August 2026. Source.

The site itself has no case studies with named outcomes either, no changelog, and an empty blog. All 16 URLs in its sitemap share the same last-modified date, which reads as a bulk sitemap regeneration rather than a real update history.

The one piece of real-world signal we do have is internal, not a public review: a buyer comparing LearnRush against Outdoo AI during a sales evaluation told our team LearnRush "do[es] the simulation thing, but the detailing that you guys have is what got me on this call."

That's a single anecdote from one deal, not an independent review, but it's consistent with everything else here: LearnRush has a basic branching-scenario or quiz-style simulation feature at best, not a scored conversation practice product, and buyers who've used both notice the difference.

Where LearnRush Falls Short

There's no roleplay, coaching, or scored conversation simulation anywhere in the core product. The closest thing, a paid Content Services add-on that scripts a branching scenario to spec, still doesn't listen to a rep or grade how they handled it.

No independent reviews exist. Zero listings on G2, Capterra, or Product Hunt means you're evaluating this tool almost entirely on its own marketing copy.

The footprint looks small for the claims being made. The Google Play app shows only 1K+ downloads with no visible rating, and the customer logos on the site are small to mid-size B2B names, not the Fortune 500 roster Skillzcafe claims elsewhere.

The content investment is thin.

An empty blog, no comparison pages, no case studies with real numbers, and a pricing page with an internal naming inconsistency all point to a smaller, less mature product organization than the "world's #1" positioning suggests.

Pricing is fully opaque. No dollar figure exists anywhere, from the vendor or from any third party, so you can't budget before a sales call.

Where LearnRush Genuinely Wins

If your actual need is a general-purpose corporate LMS, LearnRush is a legitimate tool for that job, and it's worth saying plainly.

Course authoring, compliance tracking, certifications, and multi-tenant portals for employees, customers, and partners are real, functioning features, not vaporware.

The SCORM/xAPI export and SSO support mean it plugs into existing enterprise stacks the way an LMS is supposed to.

And the white-glove onboarding bundled into both pricing tiers, a dedicated consultant with 24/7 support, plus a relationship manager on the Pro tier, is a genuine draw for a team that wants a managed rollout rather than a self-serve setup.

None of that overlaps with sales roleplay or coaching.

But if the requirement really is "we need a course catalog and compliance tracking," LearnRush does that job, and Outdoo AI doesn't have a course-authoring library or a multi-tenant portal system to compete with it on that specific requirement.

How Outdoo AI Compares

This isn't really a head-to-head matchup, because LearnRush and Outdoo AI solve different problems.

LearnRush delivers and tracks course content.

Outdoo AI builds roleplays and scorecards straight from a team's own calls, transcripts, playbooks, and even LinkedIn profiles, then grades both practice roleplay and live calls on one scorecard, so a sales leader can point to a single number and say coaching moved it.

If a prospect already runs LearnRush for compliance training or onboarding content, the right move isn't to replace it.

That matters most in exactly the onboarding scenario LearnRush is built for: Outdoo AI customers report ramp times up to 53% faster once new-hire roleplay and live-call performance sit on one scorecard, something a course-completion checklist can't show.

Outdoo AI exports SCORM/xAPI, so completions and scores can feed back into whatever LMS a team already has, LearnRush included. That's an integration conversation, not a displacement pitch.

Where the two products actually differ in kind: Outdoo AI's workflow simulation has reps practice the post-call CRM update and process logging inside the same session, something no LMS, and no scripted Content Services module, LearnRush included, is built to do.

And Outdoo AI's usage-based pricing is public and scales with real training activity, a direct contrast to LearnRush's fully quote-based, demo-only pricing model.

If a deal surfaces LearnRush as an objection, it's almost always a "we already have an LMS" objection, not a "we already have a roleplay tool" objection. Treat it that way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does LearnRush have AI sales roleplay?

No. LearnRush's "AI" features are Adaptive Learning Paths, Automated Recommendations, and Predictive Analytics, all content personalization for an LMS, not conversational AI, roleplay, or call scoring.

What does LearnRush cost?

LearnRush doesn't publish pricing. The live pricing page names two tiers, Basic (up to ~150 users) and Pro (~150 to 500 users), but every actual number requires booking a demo.

Is LearnRush on G2 or Capterra?

No. We checked directly and found no listing on G2, Capterra, or Product Hunt, and no independent reviews anywhere.

Can Outdoo AI replace LearnRush?

Not for course authoring or compliance tracking, and it isn't trying to. Outdoo AI is an AI roleplay and training platform that exports scores via SCORM/xAPI into whatever LMS a team already runs.

Does LearnRush offer custom sales simulations?

Only as a paid Content Services add-on, a scripted, branching e-learning module built to spec. It's the only place the word "simulation" appears on learnrush.ai, but it's a fixed script, not a live AI conversation, and nothing grades how a rep actually performs.
