We’re excited to announce our integration with Gong, the revenue AI platform used by go-to-market teams to capture and analyze customer conversations. With this new integration, sales and revenue teams can import Gong call recordings into Outdoo and instantly turn them into interactive AI roleplays, enabling more targeted practice, better coaching, and faster onboarding.

What This Integration Lets You Do

If your team is already using Gong to analyze calls, you can now take that a step further by using those same calls to actively practice and certify skills. With this integration:

  • Import Gong calls into Outdoo and convert them into AI roleplay agents
  • Simulate real-world scenarios by defining buyer personas, deal stages, and objections based on the original call
  • Onboard and certify faster by using successful or challenging calls as training templates
  • Track coaching outcomes through scores, attempts, and feedback - all logged inside Outdoo

Setting up the Integration

To enable the integration:

  1. In Outdoo: Go to Settings → Integrations → Conversation Intelligence → Gong
  2. In Gong: As an admin, visit Admin Center → Ecosystem → API, then generate an API key
  3. Back in Outdoo: Paste your Gong credentials, click “Test” to verify
  4. Import recordings from: Conversations → Calls → Import from Gong
  5. Create a roleplay agent : Open a call, click Create Roleplay, then set the scenario, persona, goals, and scoring
