Setting up the Integration
To enable the integration:
- In Outdoo: Go to
Settings → Integrations → Conversation Intelligence → Gong - In Gong: As an admin, visit
Admin Center → Ecosystem → API, then generate an API key - Back in Outdoo: Paste your Gong credentials, click “Test” to verify
- Import recordings from:
Conversations → Calls → Import from Gong - Create a roleplay agent : Open a call, click
Create Roleplay, then set the scenario, persona, goals, and scoring
