MeetRecord was our beginning
When we launched in 2022, our mission was simple: give teams visibility into their customer conversations so they could learn, adapt, and grow. We started with the basics of conversation intelligence, transcripts, summaries, and the key moments that mattered.
That focus got us our first customers and proved that we were solving a real need. MeetRecord will always be part of our foundation, but it could never capture the full scale of what we were building.
Over time, our customers evolved. Our product evolved. And then, our vision expanded.
Why the old name no longer fit
We weren’t just recording meetings anymore. We were helping teams get better before the meeting, perform during it, and improve after it.
In just three years, we expanded from conversation intelligence to revenue intelligence and sales coaching. And with AI Sales Roleplay, we started solving the most fundamental challenge in revenue: readiness.
That’s when we knew. We weren’t just a tool. We were on our way to becoming a system.
