Your Best Data Is Never Where You're Working

Calls, deals, and coaching data are in Outdoo. Your team spends the day in an AI assistant, so the answers stay one login away.

01

Every Question Starts With an Export

Getting a read on last week's calls means opening a dashboard, running a report, and pasting the results into a chat window.

02

Coaching and Pipeline Live Apart

A rep's practice gaps rarely connect to which of their deals are stuck, so coaching and revenue are read in separate tabs.

03

Every New View Is a Backlog Item

A one-off look at scorecard trends by team or quarter waits on a BI queue, long after the question mattered.

How Outdoo MCP Works

One Server. Every AI Client Your Team Uses

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to tools and data. Outdoo built one server on that standard, so every client that speaks it can use Outdoo.

Connect

Set Up in About a Minute

The server runs at one fixed endpoint. Add your API key and workspace ID as headers, and your client connects. No separate install and no engineering project.

  • Claude Code detects it from a small config file
  • Glean connects as an MCP connector
  • Any MCP client works with the same endpoint
Conversations

Ask Questions About Real Calls

Pull summaries, key points, topics, objections, and next steps from your calls in a sentence. No dashboard filters and no CSV.

  • Search by field or by meaning
  • Objections, buying signals, and feature requests
  • Answers inside the tool you already have open
CRM + Coaching

Connect Coaching to Deals

Join conversation and CRM data to see which skill gaps track to stalled revenue, by rep, deal stage, or owner.

  • Practice gaps next to open deals
  • Filter by owner, stage, or value
  • Coach where it moves revenue
Roleplays and Scorecards

Tune a Roleplay With One Prompt

Describe the change in plain language. Make the buyer push harder on price, or add a criterion to the discovery scorecard, and it applies in the same session.

  • Adjust personas, tone, and difficulty
  • Draft and refine scorecard criteria
  • Live for the next practice session
Dashboards

Turn Any Question Into a Chart

Ask for scorecard trends by team, ramp curves, or objection trends and get a working view the moment you ask, with no BI queue.

  • Scorecard trends by team or quarter
  • Ramp and objection views
  • Built from your own data, not a sample
What Teams Build

Six Things to Build First

Every tool call reads from, or writes to, your own conversations, CRM, and roleplay setup, so answers match your actual pipeline and practice data.

01

Fine-Tuned Roleplay Agents

Adjust persona, tone, objections, and difficulty with a prompt instead of an admin form.

02

Custom Scorecards

Draft and refine rubric criteria, then test them against real conversations before rollout.

03

Conversation Analytics

Query summaries, key points, topics, and next steps by field or by meaning.

04

CRM-Connected Coaching Views

See which skill gaps track to deal stage, value, and owner.

05

On-Demand Dashboards

Turn any query into a chart in the same session, from ramp curves to objection trends.

06

Weekly Digests

Schedule a script that queries deal conversations and posts a summary to a shared channel every Monday.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the Outdoo MCP server.

What is MCP?

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to external tools and data. Outdoo built one server on it, so any client that speaks MCP can use Outdoo data.

Which AI tools does it work with?

Claude and Claude Code, Glean, and any client that supports the MCP HTTP transport. Developers can also call it from their own scripts and pipelines.

What can it access?

More than 40 tools across your organization, conversations, and CRM data, plus roleplay and scorecard setup. Read and write access depends on the tool.

How do I set it up?

Add the Outdoo endpoint to your client with your API key and workspace ID as headers. Step-by-step instructions for each client are in the Outdoo MCP help article.

How is access controlled?

Each API key is scoped to a workspace and carries its own expiry date, so access can be limited and rotated. Learn more on the Trust Center.

Can I combine it with other MCP servers?

Yes. Because MCP is open, Outdoo works alongside your other MCP servers in one client, so an assistant can read the deal, the call, and the playbook together.
