Avoma captures, organizes, and summarizes meetings across your GTM motion. The Outdoo - Avoma integration turns those meetings into practice with AI Slaes Roleplay: import selected recordings into Outdoo, then build custom roleplay bots for targeted coaching.

• Build Roleplay bots from real calls: Import Avoma recordings and convert them into practice scenarios.

• Coach faster: Build custom roleplay bots from selected recordings - set custom scenarios, buyer personas, and goals for targeted practice.

• Standardize training: Consistent exercises for onboarding and ongoing enablement.

• Measure outcomes: Attempts, scores, and feedback in Outdoo.

How to integrate Avoma with Outdoo

1. Open Outdoo → Settings → Integrations → Conversation Intelligence → Avoma
2. Generate an Avoma API Key (Avoma admin required):
   • Log in to Avoma
   • Navigate to Settings → Organization → Developer
   • Click Create API Key
3. Add the key in Outdoo, Save, then Test
4. Import recordings: Conversation → Calls → Import from Avoma
5. Create a roleplay: Open an imported call → Create Roleplay → configure scenario, persona, goals, scoring → Publish
