Overview

Dialpad is a cloud-based phone system that helps teams manage outbound and inbound customer calls at scale. By integrating Dialpad with Outdoo AI, you can automatically sync call recordings, gain actionable insights, and turn those calls into a foundation for coaching and AI roleplay practice.

This integration centralizes all your Dialpad conversations inside Outdoo, where you can review transcripts and summaries, surface coachable moments, create AI roleplays from real calls, and build custom roleplay agents that mirror real buyer behaviour. Coaching insights from each roleplay help reps improve before their next live call.

What Can This Integration Do?

• Automatic Call Sync: Sync all your Dialpad call recordings directly into Outdoo AI, ensuring all your conversations are easily accessible in one place.

• Transcripts: Convert your call recordings into accurate transcripts, making it easier to review conversations and extract important details.

• Segmented Summaries: Generate detailed, segmented call summaries to highlight key moments, action items, and next steps.

Pre-requisites

• API Access: API keys can only be created by Dialpad customers on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

‍

• Admin Role: Only users with Company Admin rights can create and access API keys in Dialpad.

How to Create a Dialpad API Key

‍

1. In Dialpad, go to Admin Settings > My Company > Authentication > API Key.
2. Click Create New Key, and give it a name.
3. Select Additional Scope and check all the required options.
4. If you do not see the option to create an API key, please contact Dialpad support. For more detailed guidance, refer to this document by Dialpad.

How to Connect Dialpad with Outdoo

‍

1. Login as Admin: Log into Outdoo with your admin credentials.
2. Navigate to the Integrations Page: Go to the Integrations page and find Dialpad under the Dialer section.
3. Connect Dialpad: Click on Connect, and paste the API key you generated from Dialpad.

Your Dialpad calls will now automatically sync with Outdoo, giving you access to valuable conversational insights.
