Integration Details
The integration between Outdoo and Keap is facilitated through a managed package app, allowing for both read and write access to Keap. This enables two key functionalities:
1. Create Conversation Records
Automatically generate Outdoo conversation records in Keap linked to relevant contacts and deals.
2. Autofill Custom Fields
Use the AI Docs feature to autofill custom fields in your CRM, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.
How to Integrate Keap with Outdoo
- Go to the Integrations page in your Outdoo Settings.
- Click on the 'Connect' button under the Keap CRM icon.
- A new page will open to authorize Keap CRM.
- If you have multiple accounts, select the appropriate account and proceed. Click "Allow" to complete the integration
- That’s it! You’ll be redirected to the Outdoo Integrations page, where Keap CRM will now appear as "Connected."
Note: Ensure that the lead's contact details are present in Keap before the meeting. If Outdoo cannot find a matching email for participants in Keap, meeting-to-deal mapping will not occur.
