Overview

Outplay is a cloud-based phone system that helps teams manage outbound and inbound customer calls at scale. By integrating Outplay with Outdoo AI, you can automatically sync call recordings, gain actionable insights, and turn those calls into a foundation for coaching and AI roleplay practice.

This integration centralizes all your Outplay conversations inside Outdoo, where you can review transcripts and summaries, surface coachable moments, create AI roleplays from real calls, and build custom roleplay agents that mirror real buyer behaviour. Coaching insights from each roleplay help reps improve before their next live call.

How to Integrate Outplay with Outdoo

‍

1. Create API Key in Outplay:

‍

To generate an API key, follow the instructions below

‍

1. To find Client ID and Client secret in OutplayClick on User settings.
2. Under Company settings, click on Integrations & API.
3. ‍Now click on any of the APIs available under API section.

‍

‍Note : If you don't find any APIs, you can create new API using Create API Key button.

‍

2. Connect Outplay to Outdoo:

‍

1. Log into your Outdoo account.
2. Navigate to the Integrations page and find Outplay under available integrations.
3. Click Connect and enter the API key generated from Outplay.

‍

Important: Each user must generate their own API key from their Outplay account for proper integration.

‍

That’s It!

‍

Your Outplay recordings will now automatically sync with Outdoo, giving you access to valuable insights and the ability to enhance your sales and customer support processes.
