Concept AI Trainer Demo (Live Session)

The trainer here has been given a security documentation deck and asked to get someone ready for customer security questions. It pulls up the right slide on its own, answers in plain language, and handles follow-ups that jump around the document rather than following it in order. Partway through, the learner shares their screen and the trainer reads it and answers from what it sees.

Covered in the session: what SOC 2 audits and what compliance actually means, SAML 2.0 versus OIDC and how single sign-on changes onboarding and offboarding, PII scrubbing on recordings and transcripts, TLS 1.2 for data in transit and AES 256 for data at rest, and where recordings are stored for US and EU customers.
