How to Build a Skill AI Trainer in Outdoo (Walkthrough + Live Coaching Session)

The build and the session, no preamble.

First the setup, focused on the two fields where a Skill trainer differs from a Concept one. The title should name the move, not the topic, "asking layered discovery questions" is a skill, "discovery" is a topic, and if your title is a noun you're probably building a Concept trainer by accident. And the instructions field, which is optional on a Concept trainer but close to required here, because it's how you tell the coach what good looks like in your organisation.

Then the trainer runs live. The scenario: a champion at a 2,000-person company has 180k approved and the price for 500 seats is 240k. The learner anchors on ROI, the coach explains why that misses the point, offers three concrete alternatives, and puts them back into practice mode to try one, then catches what's still missing on the second attempt.
